Purpose ARC is a leading body representing services providers in the learning disability sector - our purpose is to improve the quality of life for people who have a learning disability by supporting anyone who is involved in the planning or delivery of support and services.
Services We provide a range of services such as networking opportunities, training, qualifications, publications and Disclosure checks. We are a national partner in the disbursement of the Workforce Development Fund too.

ARC is committed to promoting best practice within the learning disability sector we work with others such as the Department of Health, Skills for Care, Big Lottery Fund and Comic Relief through a range of projects. We also work collaboratively with our members to tackle issues affecting the sector. We see our members as forming part of the ARC 'community'.

Opening Times Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Meeting Place We deliver training and qualifications and hold network meetings across England. Our main office is in Chesterfield and our core team is based here.
Service Costs Annual membership charges apply, on a sliding scale depending on the turnover of the organisation. We do charge for our services - DBS, training, publications etc., however our Workforce Development Fund service is free.
