Purpose The aim of the group is to provide a regular weekly yoga class for those with mental health issues or supporters of that group.
Services Yoga tuition by a Wheel of Yoga teacher. The group aim is to create a supportive and therapeutic environment, encouraging well being, health improvement, self confidence and social inclusion. The group aims to be mindful of individual needs at a relaxed and inclusive pace.
