Purpose Our service provides supported housing and floating support to people experiencing mental health issues to enable them to manage their tenancy. We aim to support people, through identified individual goals and a support plan, to live independently.
Services Tenancy support, budgeting, support with communication, attending appointments, developing daily living skills, social activities, client involvement and joint working with partner agencies towards achieving identified goals.
Additional services: tenancy sustainment for people in rented accommodation.
P3 supported housing have projects throughout the Midlands and Derby.

Opening Times The service is staffed monday to friday 9-5 and we operate an out of hours on-call phone line.
Eligibility Criteria The service is for any individual experiencing any form of mental health problem. Target group: 18-65 - we have single and family accommodation in Erewash on short hold tenancy. For referral - ring for an application form.
Meeting Place We have accomodation in the Ilkeston and Long Eaton areas, support takes place at the clients address and within the community.
Service Costs The service is funded through Derbyshire Supporting People. A surcharge of £11.34 is payable by tenants of our shared housing.
