Purpose

We are a friendly target archery club. Our large membership covers all abilities from all ages and walks of life, with a shared interest in enjoying the fantastic sport of archery.
Services

We meet
informally for practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Sunday
afternoons. Throughout the Summer we have a varied calendar of club
competitions and also run Open Tournaments. In the Winter, we shoot indoors at
a local school hall as well as outdoor on a Sunday.

Our club offers Taster sessions, where you can try archery and see if it’s a
sport you would like to take further. This feeds into our Beginners course,
which is a prerequisite before joining an archery club. Our Beginners
course focus on using recurve bows and you learn how to correctly shoot and how
to be safe while undertaking archery.
