| Purpose | To promote social inclusion and advancement of education and training in the arts and cultural industries. Increasing community participation and development, in particular people who are socially excluded - assisting them to integrate into society by using the arts to develop their confidence, capacity and skills. |
| Services | People Express contract freelance artists on a project-by-project basis to deliver high quality artwork with groups and communities around South Derbyshire. People Express applies for funding for the projects and also helps groups to apply for their own funding for art projects. |
