Purpose The Boys Brigade has well over a century of experience of working with boys and young men and understanding their needs. It is a world-wide movement with more than half a million members in over fifty countries. Each local unit is called a company which is staffed by trained adults who work within the local church and community. The organisation provides support to its members and organises a large number of activities. Membership is for 5 to 18 year olds.
