Purpose The Gut Trust is a self help organisation for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The Gut Trust produces a quarterly journal, Gut Reaction, covering a wide variety of topics relating to IBS. Factsheets are also available. Members receive a 'can't wait' membership card and have the opportunity to participate in research, join a media list and a reviewing scheme. The Network operates befriender and penfriend schemes, runs therapeutic group programmes and co-ordinates local self help groups. For further details send SAE and £1 coin to address shown.
