| Purpose | TimeBank, the national volunteering charity is a campaign inspiring and connecting people to share and give time. TimeBank promotes volunteering and encourages people to engage with their community. TimeBank also runs volunteer recruitment campaigns on behalf of other organisations. TimeBank is a modernising force for volunteering and is winner of a Yahoo! Finds of the Year award and in December 2006 was in The Guardian's 100 most useful websites. TimeBank works with a network of more than 400 Time Partners - mainly volunteer centres across the UK. |
