Purpose To manage the community centre for the use of organisations and the public. To provide a range of services and activities to meet the needs of the local community, such as health services and sports, as well as traditional social pursuits.
Services Currently the centre is used by the following groups and organisations on a regular, weekly basis: Yoga, Music with Mummy, Pilates, Women Club, Slimming World, Indoor Bowls, Tea Dance, Body Tone, Tai Kwondo, Mother & Toddlers, Chair Base Dance, Chair Based Yoga, Kick Boxing, Art Group, Evening Dance.

On a monthly basis there are several health related support groups at the centre as follows: Macmillan Support, Prostrate Cancer, Breast Cancer, Stoma Group, 1 to 1 Diabetes, Critical Care, Head & Neck Cancer, Young Carers.

It is also available for hire for parties/celebration events.

Eligibility Criteria Anyone can join the weekly groups by contacting the class provider. The health groups are run by Chesterfield Royal Hospital, contact the centre or the hospital for more information. To hire the centre please call or email for availability and details.
