Purpose We are a specialist information and advice service which is based in the Derbyshire Dales District Council building at the Town Hall. By giving advice we aim to assist people to live independently or if necessary help them to find a more suitable home. We also aim to ensure that people are getting the benefits that they are entitled too.

Opening Times Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Most of our advisors are still working from home so we ask that people contact us on 01629 706604, leave a message and we will return the call.
Meeting Place We are able to do home visits or an appointment can be made to meet the client at the Town Hall in Matlock.
