| Purpose | The Purposes of the organization [as declared in the Constitution] - (a) To establish and develop educational and cultural links between people in Central England and people in Tulcea in Easten Romania through visits and skill sharing, building on established links between Tansley in Derbyshire and Babadag in Tulcea. (b) To promote tolerance and understanding of different cultures and create inclusive opportunities for both members and supporters, and for marginalized communities. |

Currently visits to and from Babadag / Eastern Romania are undertaken, as either large group friendship visits or cultural exchanges focussing often on Dance and Music, or as smaller groups such as gap 'year' projects raising awareness for those from Britain or as professional skills sharing visits by those who work with disabled people. |
