| Purpose | Matching volunteer befrienders with isolated older neighbours in the community. We're all neighbours, let's b:Friend! Imagine not seeing or speaking to another person for weeks at a time. If you've experienced a moment of loneliness during the pandemic you'll know exactly how tough it can be. For many older neighbours, without family or friends nearby, that is daily life. Someone may be at risk of isolation just a few streets away. Can you spare some time each week to pop in for a cuppa & a chat? Or even a phone call for the time being... We're all neighbours.
